Debra Pucé is a seasoned nonprofit leader, coach, and fractional executive with 25+ years of experience guiding mission-driven organizations through growth, transition, and transformation. She brings a powerful mix of hands-on leadership, strategic insight, and coaching expertise to her work with nonprofit teams, executives, and boards. Debra has managed major capital campaigns, built strong development departments from the ground up, and served in pivotal executive roles—including Executive Director of the Lincoln Park Conservancy, Director of Major Gifts at Writers Theatre, and Director of Development at the Ragdale Foundation. As a leadership coach (Northwestern University Certificate, 2024) and nonprofit consultant (Kellogg Executive Scholar in Nonprofit Management, 2018), Debra partners with organizations to strengthen their teams, sharpen their fundraising strategies, and build internal capacity.
